Just make sure to request authorization within 2 days of delivery.

Returns must be initiated through the Returns portal.

Returns may be shipped back or dropped off in store 939 River Ave Unit 10.

Refund:

Returns must be shipped back or dropped off in the store within 2 days of receiving your order in order to receive a refund. 

Returns shipped back or dropped off in the store within 3-4 days of receiving your order will only be eligible for a store credit. 

Returns sent back after 4 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

T.O. Shirts can not be returned once opened 

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
